Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via our support form here with details of the product and the defect.

Note: Notice of the defective item must be submitted within 72 hours of the item being received, as timestamped by USPS Tracking. Replacement shipping will be covered by Tiger Moth Goods and you will receive a return shipping label emailed to you once we have confirmed the replacement. Once we receive the defective item we will ship a new item to you. 

If you need to make changes to your order after it's been placed (such as shipping address change), please email me at tigermothgoods@gmail.com.

Care

Our earrings are made with polymer clay which is very durable and do have some flexibility to them. This is how they should be, so please don't think your item is defective! That being said- do not purposefully bend your earrings. We will not be responsible for broken earrings to do to being bent or handled roughly.

Please store them somewhere safe- such as a small cotton bag, box, or away from anything that may scratch the surface. Avoid wearing them to bed or in water to increase the longevity of your earrings.

Keep away from chemicals, soaps, perfumes and creams. If dirty, wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Shipping

Orders will usually ship within 5-10 business days of receiving cleared payment. If you have requested an adjustment for clip-on or lever backs for gauges please allow 3 extra business for your items to be adjusted. U.S. orders below 13oz will ship USPS First Class and include tracking. Any Made-To-Order items take 10-14 business days to complete and ship. 

We are not responsible for packages once they arrive at the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, contact me before placing your order.
